Recently I was working with a client on using tapping to help him to go after some major goals in his life.

He didn’t need to address a particular issue, but instead he was looking for a good way to set himself up to pursue his goals. After we had done a few minutes of tapping, he felt at peace and was ready to pursue his goals for the day and in the long-term. He then said to me, “You need to share this as a podcast. Others will find it super helpful.”
