I am always amazed when I stay with my friends and family who have small children. The amount of time, effort and dedication it takes to be a good parent is overwhelming to me as single man.

In this week’s podcast I have a conversation with my parenting expert friend, Heather Chauvin, on the best actions to take when dealing with difficult children or when children are having a difficult time.

The answers she provided are surprising and useful to all of us, not just parents.

(I talked to Heather back in Pod #212 on how to be a better parent)
